Facebook Page Management and marketing

Hello , I've created a Facebook page to sell clothes online on it
I need someone with experience in pages management to manage the page from posting the clothes to make advertisements to increase the sales
and I want to know an estimated number for how many likes can you get to the page in one month , and it's prefered to be Egyptian as the content will be in Arabic
