I'm in need of someone who can increase post engagements on my Facebook page through effective ad campaigns. The target audience includes young adults, parents, and small business owners and should appeal broadly as we're a non-profit working with all. The main goal is to ramp up the engagement level on our image-based posts. Ideally, you have a history of accomplishing such goals and an understanding of how to reach this varied demographic.
