I'm seeking an assistant who can manage my Facebook page and groups three times a week, with a focus on audience engagement and moderation duties. The tasks to be completed each week include:
- Managing and growing our online community.
- Engaging our audience by liking and sharing relevant posts.
- Interacting with other groups to draw positive attention and traffic.
- Monitoring comments and posts to ensure adherence to our community guidelines.
An ideal candidate is someone deeply familiar with Facebook engagement strategies and could help us improve our audience interaction.
