Facebook Page Admin Recovery Assistance

I need help recovering admin access to our company page. There are no active admins left on the page. We had a 3rd party company setup the page and something was triggered at some point where facebook gave 30 days to verify and then this passed and permanently locked the admin account. We can submit any corporate and identity docs needed but can't seem to be able to even contact facebook. The claim page admin form leads to a support area that says no account issues. Looking for someone to help that has experience with this kind of thing or some other way to contact facebook.
