Facebook Marketing

I have a newly created facebook Page for my Business which export cars to other Countries. I want to Market the page to Buyers located in other International countries. Specifically ones who have Right Hand Drive cars.(that is countries that drive on the left hand side of the road, please see attached picture).
I want advice and assistance on how best to do this
