Facebook Marketer to bring sales to my small business

We have a small online business selling earrings and am looking for some help with marketing. We have done some marketing myself and would like to see an increase in results and sales.
We would like to work with someone to help us get up and running. We are open to the social media platform that would be used to bring in customers but have used Facebook and Instagram before.
We would like someone with good knowledge and who can take initiative to create consistent sales for our business. Some experience in Facebook marketing for an online retail store would be preferable.
