Facebook ad Issue -- 2

I have experienced an issue with meta where I can no longer post ads. They have advised that my URL has been permanently banned, I can't link anything from my website to ads or business pages. They can't provide specific reasons why this has occurred, only that it could be due to community guidelines or that someone has reported my website. I need this resolved so I can continue marketing and linking details of my website to page. I would like someone to assist me with resolving. Fee would be payable with successful resolution of this issue.
