Facebook/Instagram paid marketeer to run lead gen campaigns

Hello, I am looking for a Paid Social Media Marketeer to run a Life Insurance & Critical Illness lead campaign for us on Facebook & Instagram.
We need someone who has had real experience in running campaigns for these services to UK prospects before with great success.
We are looking to partner with someone long-term who will be able to run the campaigns end-to-end for us.
