Facebook & Instagram Ad Manager

My Facebook and Instagram have stopped working properly , I can no longer tag my products and my customers and also they cannot swipe up on instagram anymore. I just need someone to log in and fix it all and also delete all these old add accounts and just have one linked add account which connects the catalogues and everything . I only want someone where this is there only Job I do not want someone who is going to ask me to do anything as i do not understand any off it . I have a woo commerce website and faceboook and Instagram adverts and shops that i need all syncing and working correctly again. it was all working fine up until 1 week ago . I have no idea why it has stopped working
