Facebook & Instagram Ads expert

I am looking for an experienced campaign manager to help me with my Facebook & Instagram Ads. I have a budget of more than $1000 and I need help setting everything up from scratch. My goal is to run a conversion-based ad campaign to attract customers and boost my bottom line. It would be great if the expert also has experience with lead generation campaigns, as this may be necessary at some point in the future.
