Facebook / Instagram Ads - Digital Marketing

I am looking for a social media digital marketer to help me advertise and grow my business, agenda studios.com. I want to build a funnel using Facebook and instagram ads to drive traffic to my website, set up retargeting and look a like campaigns, and receive analytics weekly. I need someone who is very knowledgeable, consistent and organized.

please note: I do know how to run ads, I am looking for someone who is better than me and specialized.
