Facebook Group Moderator and Content Creator for Small Suburban Community Group
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I started a Facebook group for our suburb north of Chicago a couple years ago. It has maybe 1000 followers in our town of 8000 people. Most of our follows are simply because of the name of the group...we have not been doing a great job moderating or creating content up till now. We would like our content to be greatly improved.
There is also a Twitter account started with a similar name that we would like to copy posts...so someone with knowledge of Tweet deck may also be great.
We would like someone to create posts for the site and automate them through the month. We can work with you to identify some of the local business that may have shows or other live entertainment. Post about local festivals and construction. Just normal suburban stuff.
Ability to write copy in mistake free English is key. We will monitor posts, but we don't want to be editing the majority of copy.
We would like to grow the site into someplace that keeps folks updated on current events in the town. The two of us that started the site also are small business owners and would sponsor the content creation.
Initially we would like to hire someone for maybe five to ten hours a month to email or find information about events in and around our town. Create a bunch of automated posts for the month and then come back the next month and do it again.
