Facebook Group

I am a newly admin to a Facebook Group for sales of watches. I have trouble in various things such as making new Topics, editing existing topics and re-organizing the group. Now you can for instance ONLY post a SALE advert. I like this changed so that people can also write questions, show pictures etc., so the group becomes not only a Sales group. I need help for this from an expert.
