Facebook Ad Creation for Lead Generation

I'm seeking a skilled creator who can produce a Facebook ad with the same quality as the attached video example. The primary objective of the ad is lead generation, specifically encouraging viewers to sign up for more information. The target niche in this example is Salon owners and we be targeting the same as we IT agency. We will look to build out other adsets for other niches.
