Facebook Content & Research VA (Email Growth Focus)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Your English, written and verbal must be excellent.You’ll work with us long term to grow a loyal Facebook audience by posting simple, helpful content and researching what really matters to the people we serve. You'll be respected here! Our current VA in the Philippines has been with us for over 1 year. MAX Pay is $3.00 USD per hour plus monthly performance bonuses.
Work Schedule | Monday-Friday | Hours: 11:00AM-4:00PM PT (USA time)

This VA role requires accuracy, clarity, and insight. You’ll use Canva Pro to design posts and conduct ongoing research across public websites, government resources, and social platforms to fuel fresh, trustworthy content. Another team member will create AI generative videos.
Your work will also support a Blue Ocean strategy. That means helping us shape a message that feels different, clearer, more empowering, more human, than anything else out there. You’ll help us understand what competitors miss, what audiences really need, and how to create content that redefines what’s possible.
Your Two Most Important Priorities Here
1. Grow Our Email List: EVERYTHING you do here is aimed at helping us build a list of 30,000+ engaged, trusting subscribers, this year, 2025. We have a proven Facebook system in written form to help us generate the 30,000+ list, all you have to do is follow the instructions we provide. Do NOT reply to this ad] To hit our goal requires optimizing every post and lead magnet with subscriber growth in mind, using strong hooks, simple language, and strategic calls to action.
2. Create Insight-Driven Facebook Content:
You’ll monitor and occasionally engage in real conversations on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Trustpilot, and Facebook to surface the questions, frustrations, and confusion people have about XXXXXXX then distill that into clear, engaging social posts that drive attention and clicks. You’ll design visuals in Canva and help schedule daily posts using Meta Business Suite.
MAX PAY: $3:00 USD per hour, paid monthly on the third Wednesday (USA time) Performance bonuses are paid monthly based upon real email subscribers.

BONUS STRUCTURE (Email Subscribers)
Monthly Performance Bonus Tiers:
Tier 1: 1–999 new email subscribers | $0.05 per subscriber
Tier 2: 1,000–1,999 new email subscribers | $0.07 per subscriber
Tier 3: 2,000+ new email subscribers | $0.10 per subscriber
