Facebook Consultant Needed for P&C Insurance Page

I'm looking for a Canadian Facebook consultant with P&C Insurance knowledge to create a new Facebook Business page for my company. The primary goal of this page will be to enhance customer engagement. & build brand awareness.
Key Requirements:
- Design a page that includes the 'Services offered' section.
- Create a page that is appealing and engaging for 'Individuals', as this is our target audience.
- Ensure that the page is set up to facilitate customer engagement.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
