Facebook Commerce Specialist for Truck Marketplace

Job Title: Facebook Marketplace & Shop Specialist (Trucks & Commercial Vehicles)

We are TRUCKbuys, formerly known as Motorfit Sydney – your trusted truck dealer. We specialize in quality used trucks for business and commercial use across Australia. As we rebrand and expand, we are looking for a Facebook Expert to help us manage and grow our truck catalog on Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Shop.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for someone who understands Facebook’s commerce policies inside-out and can help us effectively list and manage our truck inventory without triggering repeated suspensions. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance, uploading products, troubleshooting issues, and optimising our presence across Facebook’s selling platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain our truck listings on Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Shop
- Ensure all listings meet Facebook's commerce policies to avoid account suspensions
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and work through Facebook support when needed
- Liaise with our internal team to ensure the catalog is accurate and updated regularly
- Advise on best practices for product listings, categorization, and descriptions
- Monitor account health and provide weekly status reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace and Facebook Shop
- Strong understanding of Facebook’s Commerce Policies and account reinstatement processes
- Experience dealing with Facebook account suspensions and appeals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Bonus: Experience working with used car or truck dealerships
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and Commerce Manager
- Ability to suggest automation tools or workflow improvements
- Familiarity with Australian vehicle classifications and listing standards
