Facebook Ad Click Notification Setup

I'm looking to configure Meta (previously Facebook) to receive a message which is the content of the post that is running ad whenever a user clicks on one of my ads on the platform. This is for my chatbot to know from which post that user is coming from to properly respond his/her request.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in using Meta's configuration tools.
- Experience with Facebook advertising is a must.
- Understanding of user engagement tracking is a plus.
