We are an international HR and recruitment agency working on behalf of a big global companies.
We’re looking for a freelance Facebook Ads specialist to plan, manage, and optimize a lead generation campaign targeted at attracting job applicants across various social and administrative fields
Will Include:
* Creating and managing Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
* Setting up ad creatives (we’ll provide the copy and visuals, but input is welcome)
* Targeting audiences in Israel (including location, interest, and behavioral targeting)
* Monitoring performance and reporting in real time.
* Providing weekly performance reports and recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience running successful Facebook lead gen campaigns
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Ability to target international audiences
* Results-driven mindset with attention to ROI and lead quality
* Responsive, professional communication
