Facebook Business Page & Instagram Business Profile Connection

I need help connecting my FB business page with my IG business page. I was hacked about 8 months ago and subsequently deleted. So I had to create a new personal profile, but now I can't reclaim my FB business page. I event tried creating a new one to have "ownership", but that didn't work either. I cannot connect either FB page with IG.
