Facebook Business Manager

I have accounts such as FB/Insta now Meta commerce and Google that were set up by previous owner which I now own but feel like they were never really set up correctly so they are a little all over the place. I've been tolerating it for ages but as I want to start to utlise things more I want to start with a clean slate. I'm looking for someone to work through it with me preferably so I can set it up correctly etc.
