CleaningNZ is a niche job board for all cleaning Industries in New Zealand only and the only of it's kind.
Our Audiences:
We have 2 audiences - Employers that can post their jobs and Jobseekers who can apply for work.
Our Challenges:
After so many marketing agencies promised to do a great job, there were no results. Therefore I created, designed and run my own FB Ads and the response rate were satisfying however, my audience were employers and what I got was a lot of Jobseekers and no Employers.
I am looking for an experienced social media marketing expert with a focus on Facebook and strong track record in audience engagement.
Only New Zealand based freelancers should apply as this is where we operate, so countries outside new Zealand do not have access to the website.
The project at hand requires:
- Creating engaging content, with an emphasis on service promotion
- Building and managing my business's Facebook presence
- Monitoring audience engagement, with a specific focus on increasing interactions
The appropriate freelancer for this project would have:
- Expertise in Facebook algorithms and engagement strategies
- Proven experience in service-based content creation
- Strong capabilities in social media management, particularly in an audience engagement
