Facebook Agency Account Setup

Hey,
We're a small agency just getting more heavily into Facebook ads for our clients. We're having lots of trouble with Facebook permissions and properly setting things up so that we can manage ad accounts for our clients effectively.
We're looking for someone who would be willing to get into the weeds with us, do some screensharing, look at what we've done and help us clean things up so it's all organized properly and we know how to properly manage our client ad accounts and pages moving forward.
This is NOT strategy or tactic or anything... just the actual administration and organization of a proper agency setup for gaining access to client accounts and managing ads and pages for them.
