Facebook Advertising for Challenging Niche

Our business is a trading academy established by a successful retired financial trader.
Two years ago we started the trading academy focussed on forex trading. Facebook does not like our niche - in fact the policies seem to exclude us - but we see that there are many forex trading businesses within our niche who continue to advertise successfully with Facebook and Instagram.
We are looking for a partner who can assist us in avoiding Facebook bans/suspensions/blocking, and help us to scale our business by avoiding being banned/blocked with a good ROAS.
