Facebook Advertising expert for Dating ads

I am looking for a Facebook advertising expert who knows extremely well with optimizations and settings with Facebook ads. It would be very good if the person knows dating advertising and targeting etc. very well. Since dating advertising is not allowed on Facebook, we have to proceed differently.
