Facebook Advertising Specialist Needed

I am looking for an experienced Facebook advertising specialist to help me manage and resolve issues related to my Facebook Business Manager and Page. My previous employee has resigned, and I need someone who can take over the responsibilities quickly and professionally.
Your tasks will include:
Troubleshooting and fixing any issues in my Business Manager (there is currently a red notification that I believe indicates a problem).
Ensuring that everything is properly set up and functioning within Business Manager, including ad account access, page roles, and permissions.
Managing and optimizing my Facebook Page to ensure it reaches the right audience, particularly in Missouri, United States.

Setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns with a daily budget of over $500.
Creating a basic growth plan for the page and offering clear guidance on what steps to take next.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Facebook Business Manager and running successful Facebook ad campaigns.
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve Business Manager issues.
Familiarity with U.S. markets, especially local targeting (e.g., Missouri).
Strong communication skills and ability to explain things clearly.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
