Facebook Advertising Specialist/Consultant

We are looking for an expert/consultant in Facebook advertising to find the best way for our business to scale and achieve the desired conversion rate.

The problem we're facing right now is that each campaign is performing slightly better than the previous one, but unfortunately, I don't think we've reached the audience we want, simply because of not being able to penetrate the market properly.
