Facebook Ads for Brand Expansion

I am seeking a talented and strategic social media marketer to be part of my agency. The ideal candidate should have:

1. Proven experience in creating effective Facebook Ads
2. Target audience strategy knowledge (exact audience details to be further discussed)
3. Demonstrated ability to create compelling ad content and visuals
4. Proficiency in monitoring and tracking ad performance metrics
5. Provide a fixed price for the work(price can look low but the same money will be payed for every client I assign you)
6. Will be working in my agency, so should be available when a client shows up
7. Also available for zoom meetings.
8. The pricing will be like this: you will get 40% of the profit, so when I profit $1000, I will be giving you $400 of that or when I profit $2000, I will give you $800 of that.
