Facebook Ads Specialist for Brand Growth

We are looking for an experienced marketing agency or an expert-level performance marketing specialist who can take full ownership of our Facebook Ads strategy and drive profitable growth. This includes building our marketing strategy from the ground up, optimizing our ads, and ensuring that every euro spent brings the best possible return.

Scope of Work

1. Facebook & Instagram Ads Management
• Full campaign setup & optimization: Prospecting, retargeting, and scaling campaigns.
• Advanced audience targeting: Lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and behavioral targeting.
• Ad creatives strategy: Directing or advising on best-performing ad styles (UGC, carousel, video, static).
• A/B testing: Testing creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Budget management & scaling: Ensuring maximum ROAS within our budget.

2. Funnel & CRO Strategy
• Developing an end-to-end conversion funnel for cold, warm, and hot audiences.
• Advising on landing page optimization to improve conversions.
• Implementing retargeting strategies to re-engage potential buyers.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Weekly reporting with insights on ad performance and next steps.
• Pixel & conversion tracking: Ensuring accurate tracking through Meta Pixel & Google Analytics.
• Adjusting campaigns based on performance trends and market changes.

4. Additional Growth Strategies (Preferred but Not Required)
• Experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels is a plus.
• Implementing email & SMS retargeting to boost customer retention.
• Collaborating with UGC creators & influencers for whitelisted ads.

What Success Looks Like
• Achieving a positive ROAS within the first 60 days.
• Consistently increasing conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs.
• Developing a long-term, scalable ad strategy for Ancheta Penală.
