Facebook Ads Marketing Specialist

I’m the owner of a boutique marketing agency that’s looking for an expert Facebook Ads Media Buyer who has vast experience with growing skincare and beauty brands with Facebook Ads. At the moment we have clients we'd like to hand over to you.
As an agency, we are here to produce the best results in the skincare and beauty space and become number one and we want to find a media buyer who shares this vision and we will reward them on this journey.
Payment will be on a per-client per month basis, minimum $700/pm for each client alongside a heavy performance bonus each month as well with unlimited earning potential. With more mature accounts earnings can be upwards of $1.5k per client.
Requirements:
Have recent case studies of e-commerce clients you have personally run ads for and be able to discuss them freely on a call.
Have a methodical approach and framework that’s tried and tested for everything you do. E.g ranging from testing, optimising and scaling
Be open to a long term relationship
Able to excel in a remote team environment
Fluent in English as you will be communicating with clients alongside the owner
Hunger to continuously improve ROAS - and produce the best results possible
Willing and able to go above and beyond when needed.
Please do not submit if you do not have substantial experience running Facebook Ads for e-commerce clients.
