Facebook Ads Management

I am looking for a talented Freelancer to help manage our Facebook ads. Specifically, we need someone who can help us create and manage carousel ads targeted towards females. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with an overall budget estimate, but this can be skipped if necessary.

You should have experience in designing and managing social media ads, and experience with Facebook Ads Manager is highly preferred. We would also like to ensure that our ads are cost-effective and optimized to reach the right target audience.
