Facebook Ads Expert for Real Estate Agencies
Budget: €300 – €500 EUR
I am looking for a media buyer that can run Facebook ads for real estate agencies, with the requiment of hitting 15 lead appointments per month. I will be paying 300-500€ per client per month depending on experience, case studies etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Media Buyer to join our team and supervise and manage our Facebook advertising campaigns. As our Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to promote listings for real estate agents. You will use your knowledge of campaigns, digital media buying, tracking, optimization, and reporting to create strategic, cost-effective ad campaigns that reach our target audiences and give our clients maximum exposure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Research and analyze target market trends and competition to identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns
-Develop creative ideas and strategies for campaigns to engage target audiences
-Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns and track their performance
-Work with clients to create ad campaigns that meet their budget and goals
-Use data analysis to improve ad campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local advertising regulations
-Stay current on industry trends and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
-Knows how to speak, read, and write in English
-Strong experience of advertising platforms, especially Facebook Ads for real estate agencies specifically
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-High attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
-Ready testimonials to prove one's expertise
