Facebook Ads Expert for Local Cleaning Business

I need help setting up and running Facebook ads to promote my small local cleaning business. My goal is to get more clients in my local area (regular house cleaning, AirBnb cleans, end-of-lease, builders cleans etc.).

Create 1–2 ad variations with simple, effective text (I can provide photos or you can suggest free stock images)
Target my local area (I'll provide postcodes/suburbs or use radius targeting)
Help create a compelling offer (like "10% off your first clean" or similar)
Recommend a daily budget (I’m starting small, around $2-3 p/h)
Optimize for messages or quote requests
Show me how to check results or pause the ad if needed
Preferred experience:
Worked with local service businesses (bonus if it’s cleaning)
Knows how to get real leads, not just clicks
Clear communication and ability to explain things simply
