The primary focus of this role revolves around driving Purchases and Leads through meticulously planned and executed Facebook ad campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will entail:
- Strategizing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns with the objective of boosting sales and drawing in prospective customers.
- Continuously monitoring and fine-tuning campaigns to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
- Analyzing campaign data, delivering strategic insights, and modifying campaigns in line with our KPI goals.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience with conversion-centric ads, particularly aimed at Purchases and Leads.
- A comprehensive understanding of ad tools such as Facebook Pixel and a knack for ad optimization.
- A blend of Creativity, Analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
