Facebook Ads Expert Needed

We are a small growing agency working on Children's books & NFTs. We don't need ads to target locally, We have different overseas client's from US/UK/AUS. We have run a few ads in the past on our own but didn't satisfied with the result. Now, We wanted to hire an expert who will help us generate more overeas leads for our services through the good ads campaign.

Since we are trying to hire an expert the first time so if this will work out in a good way then definitely we will be doing this regularly.
