Facebook Ads Expert - Financial Ads Experience Required

We require a Facebook ad expert with financial ads knowledge. We are a Forex Funding Program and we fund talented traders. Our company is growing and we require a talented Facebook Ads manager to join our team. The role initially will be temporary and with good performance it will be moved to a permanent role. We require someone to complete the following tasks:

- You will create Facebook ads from scratch for us - we can provide images and videos if required. If you wish for us to create an image or video we will expect you to advise us on the most suitable idea for such.
- Monitoring the campaigns to ensure the best performing ads are kept active while filtering out and disabling poorer performing ads.
- Creating the best performing ads for the company with the lowest conversion cost

What we require from you (mandatory):

- At least 1 year of Facebook Ads experience
- Proven ad experience with financial ads
- A track record of creating excellent Facebook Ads
- Screenshots from previous Facebook Ad campaigns
- Great communication and not overly busy with projects on Upwork

Preferred (not essential)

- Excellent English skills
- A good understanding of other ad platforms such as Youtube and Instagram
- Determined to achieve the best outcome for the company
