Facebook Ads Contractor

I am looking for a talented Facebook Ads contractor to help me generate leads. My ideal candidate is experienced creating campaigns and knows how to target the right audience to ensure maximum ROI. I just started my advertising agency. And so as of right now, I need a person who could handle all the advertising aspect and making sure my clients get the results they want. I'm currently in the niche of real estate so I will be working with Realtors. So lead generation and tweaking to get the best results. I'll need a honest hard working person.
