Facebook Ads Campaign

I'm looking to launch a Facebook Ads campaign with the goal of generating leads. My target audience for this campaign is a specific demographic that I am able to refine and define. I am not certain yet whether I will need to create new ad creatives or will use existing ones. It is possible that I am not sure yet and will determine this later on. I am looking for experienced professionals to help create a successful campaign that will deliver the desired results.
