I am an SMMA Closer looking for a partner to run the ads side of things, upon closing a client, it would be a 50/50 profit split. I have a few questions that I would like answered as well: How many previous clients have you had? Are you currently specialized in a niche? Do you have social proof? How many clients do you think you could handle at one time?
