Facebook Ads

I run ads in Singapore, the problem i got is that on my ads mostly the messages i receive are from Bangladeshi and Indian workers and they dont understand anything they just like that click on my ads. i dont have and i dont need a specific targeting, i just want to exclude my ads to be shown to workers and foreigners and i want my ads to be shown to local singaporeans, chinese singaporeans, malaysians etc… Tried few ways to add chinese language when i create the ads but it doesnt work the interest gets too low cos i miss on so much audiance with english language, also tried to add interests like NUS or Polytechnics but still same my ads get clicked by bangladeshi. Please read and apply only if you have a solution
