FACEBOOK MONETIZED PAGE

I am looking for someone to create and use an existing Facebook page with monetization enabled. The page must have 10,000 followers and 60,000 watchtime complete. No rules or regulations need to be followed for this project. The type of monetization will be through affiliate marketing, pay per click advertising, and sponsored posts.
