Experienced Leader for Social Media Team Lead

Small but growing creative company looking for a STRONG LEADER and experienced social media manager who can lead a team of 6 - 8 social media creators.

You must know and have at least 5 years of experience with:
-Social media content creation
-SEO principles
-Facebook/Metta
-Social media management
-Hitting deadlines and metrics
-Managing projects
-Creating effective post, likes, comments, growing followers, etc.
-Canva

You must be a great team player

But MOST IMPORTANTLY:
You must be a strong leader and communicator, and possess the ability to drive a dynamic team of creatives who are all passionate about their mission. You must have a balance of toughness and compassion in leading and mentoring this team.

- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team.
- A knack for digital marketing and social media strategy.

You must already have at least 1 full year of experience leading a team of 5 or more people in a professional capacity. It does not need to have been a social media team, but that would be even better.

You'll be reporting and interfacing directly with the CEO.
