Expand and manage my Facebook Group and more

I have a FB group with 26,000 members and growing by nearly 500/day. Nearly all word of mouth. I want help monetizing. Need someone with expertise in FB Rooms. FB live. Affiliate marketing using FB. I don't need too much in the way of posting, but am open to suggestions for increasing engagement and growing this group. But the main requirement is experience in all the ways to monetize. This can also expand into Instagram; Twitch; and more. The group has extremely happy members and a very focused demographic. Need someone with good English language skill, and rapid turnaround. Likely a weekly/monthly project and not hourly. Am willing to pay commissions on monetization as part of compensation or bonus.
