Exotify: Facebook Ads Manager + Pixel

We're a newcoming Marketing Agency - Exotify.
Our goal is to generate leads and sales for our clients by the usage of Digital Marketing around the internet, working with a sale specialists team.
However, we are currently hiring a Facebook Ads Manager to replace one of our members in that role, but don't worry. Our buddy is still working here!
You're not fully a part of our team until you bring in results. However we will hire you to do jobs for us, starting with freelancer type of payment... We talk about small amount of money, but if you bring results and complete your work, we'll certify you as a member of our team and you'll be directly working with us doing the same job, but with better communication and way more payment. Taking high % of every client.
What we look for
- Experience in Facebook Ads (Throw some results in, verify them, show us your ads, etc.)
- If you feel like you can do it, but don't have much experience - because simply you didn't create many ads before we can give you a test program. But if you fail, you're pretty much out, so be prepared.
- Experience in Ads research (Simply research)
- Cooperation & positive attidute
- Availability
- Able to help with Facebook Pixel for Clients
- Bringing in high results (The higher results you give and more work you put in, the better income you'll have)
- Available for work - We look for people who can do their job anytime in a range of 1-5 days
