Enable Advertising & Commerce on Wix

I am stuck at Pixel integration, which seems to be working but the tests fail. Also I am seeing an error with Commerce module. FB says: "Commerce account doesn't comply with our Commerce eligibility requirements."

Basically, I'm stuck due to lack of familiarity.
