Email list building

I'm looking for a email marketing specialist to help me build a newsletter/subscription list, with an interest in books, comics, art for a crowdfunding launch later this year.

I don't just want a random existing list, but someone who can help generate a targeted, real organic list (sign ups to mailpoet form). Unless of course you have a better way.

It must be compliant with best practice and law.

I'm open to suggestions for your fee, and also for an advertising budget, as I would assume additional social media advertising will be necessary to achieve the list. If you have experience in crowdfunding that's a bonus.

I'd like to know success stories and your method of approach.

Would prefer someone from a native English speaking country as the products/works will be in English. Please add the word "ART" to the beginning of your proposal so I can delete autoresponders who haven't read the job listing
