Dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager Needed

I'm seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales & marketing manager. The main responsibilities for this role would encompass:
- Lead generation: You'll need to be skilled in identifying and connecting with potential customers to grow our bases.
- Advertising campaigns: One of your duties would include crafting effective, comprehensive advertising campaigns aimed at converting leads.
- Client Convincing & Negotiation: A critical aspect of this role will involve negotiation. You should be deft in convincing clients and closing deals.
We're aiming for tangible growth, both in terms of customer base and sales revenue. Therefore, your focus on bringing in new clients and boosting our sales will be instrumental. As well as, with you on board, we aspire to extend our customer base substantially and capitalize on every opportunity to increase sales.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- Strong communication skills: Effective communication is crucial for this role as you'll be at the forefront of all client interactions and negotiations.
- A proven track record in sales: This role is not for beginners. Therefore, you should have a significant history of successful sales and marketing campaigns to back you up.
- Analytical skills: You'll need to be able to assess our ongoing campaigns, dissect performances, and make informed decisions backed by solid data.
- Negotiation & Convincing Skills: As it's a client-facing role, ability to negotiate effectively and convince clients is crucial.
