Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Associate to join the marketing team of Facebook Ads. Our mission is to empower sellers interested in using Facebook Ads to grow their business on Facebook. Your main scope includes 2 parts: Seller Education (30%) and Marketing Execution (70%):
Seller Education (Trainer)
• Organise Training classes, Webinars to brands/sellers or internal team in Facebook about Facebook Ads.
• Work collaboratively with all trainers to help develop training material for both internal and external parties
• Develop feedback loops for content improvement
Marketing Execution
• Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information
• Work closely with Regional for new features to deploy in local
Requirements
• Background in communication in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experienced to work in the digital marketing field
• Data-driven mindset/sense
• Self-motivated, can-do attitude, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision, willing to learn
• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills in English
