Digital Marketing Production Assistant - Full-Time position

Kick Media is a long established Digital Agency operating from in Brisbane, Australia for the last 12 years.

The role we have available is on a full-time basis to assist with our Marketing Director in a number of digital marketing divisions of the agency. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience across a diverse range of industries.

Mandatory skills and experience in order of priority:

- Facebook, Instagram and Youtube Ads (including latest IOS14 requirements)
- Email marketing workflow automation specifically with Activecampaign.
- Organic Social Media management tactics with Instagram and Facebook pages and groups
- Copywriting and a clear understanding of consumer buying psychology and conversion paths
- Developing lead magnets and testing conversion offers for service industries
- Conversion Rate Optimisation for sales funnels and landing pages
- Briefing (via short videos) to designers and video production teams for video, banners and ebook design concepts
- Story boarding and briefing video ad campaigns for Youtube and Facebook Ads
- Briefing and recruiting writers for large scale content projects (Jasper assisted)
- Managing and editing content projects for websites, blogs and eBooks
- Social media content syndication with tools like Hootsuite or Social Bee
- Branding psychology, guidelines and development

You will be working alongside some of the most experienced and skilled digital marketers in the industry.
You will also have supporting team members in each area to help you execute full circle campaign strategies.
