Design Social media strategy for an interior design firm

We are a 7 year old interior design firm that worked completely on referral network to get business. We are now willing to make ourself visible in the market to get business.

What are we looking for?
We want a smart freelancer who can define a simple social media strategy for us. What is the frequency of posts, what kind of posts do good, what all mediums should we target. Please dont make it like an essay, give simple guidelines so our internal team can post accordingly.

Target customer country: India
Target Business: Interior designing

Apart from insta, fb please recommend all other places where you think we should continuously make ourselves available. Like our own website, how should be our google strategy to target website etc.

For example - Justdial, houzz etc. We need to have a list of all such platforms where our profile should be submitted. Also while doing that please recommend if its free of cost or paid to register in such a website.

We used a third party for social media for 1 year with zero results and a dent in our pocket, now we dont want to hire another company, we just want a strategy prepared and we will execute it from our office.

How will we choose?
1) If your bid has a copy paste message, we will decline the bid. Please explain clearly why we should go with you.
2) A template of how you will be presenting the data to us, atleast a little description in the bid will be appreciated.
3) Time is pressing, we need someone who has enough time to do this for us in priority.
4) I will know you read my entire requirement if you start your description with the name of the current prime minister of nepal.
